Professor Bagley received Yale's Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009 and is a recipient of the Senior Faculty Award of Excellence from the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. She currently serves as Vice President of the Academy.
The author of multiple published articles, Professor Bagley also wrote WINNING LEGALLY: HOW MANAGERS CAN USE THE LAW TO CREATE VALUE, MARSHAL RESOURCES, AND MANAGE RISK (Harvard Business School Press, 2005) and has contributed to numerous other books.
