The book is very user friendly. I am using it for an MBA program and I can read the book all day. It explains everything about office interactions.
The closing cases are interesting but the content is somewhat outdated. They need an updated version and replace this one.
This book was my savior. I passed the my class with impressive grade of A plus. I could not make it if I could not buy this product from you.
Upon purchasing it stated that it may take up to two weeks and that part was understood. Most shippments can't be done too quickly. However, I needed the book for a class and after two weeks expired, I had to email the supplier to find out there had been a problem with my order. It showed up a week after but I was still upset that the delay wasn't revealed before my email inquisition. What I ordered is to my expectation but I'm a couple weeks behind in class as a result of the delay and If I'd known of the issue, I could've planned accordingly.
